The On-Farm Climate Action Fund (OFCAF) cost-share intake for Knowledge Sharing Events (KSEs) remains open, but funding is limited.

  • Up to 100% cost-share
  • Up to $10,000 per event
  • Up to $50,000 per year

KSEs support producers in the adoption of three core Beneficial Management Practices (BMPs): cover cropping, nitrogen management and rotational grazing. Participation in a KSE is required for farmers receiving OFCAF cost-share funding.

What are the qualifications?

  • Applicants must be an agricultural organization
  • KSEs must be delivered between Feb. 2, 2026 and Mar. 31, 2027
  • Events must provide practical, on-farm guidance

Visit the Ontario Soil and Crop Improvement Association website or review the Program Guide for more information on eligible activities, costs and application.
