The National Farmers Union (NFU) is hosting a Town Hall to discuss how the recent agriculture cuts will affect Canadian farmers, as well as what actions can be taken, on Thursday, March 19th.

In January, Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) announced the closure of seven research centres across Canada that are critical to the success of Canada’s food and agriculture system.

The Town Hall is also an opportunity to discuss how we can continue to act together to prevent more cuts and save our public agriculture research system. Register to attend here.
