Join the Greenbelt Foundation for a World Soil Day Webinar on December 5, 2025, presented as part of the World Soil Day celebration hosted by OMAFA, the Ontario Agri-Food Innovation Alliance, and Soils at Guelph.

The webinar will highlight findings from the Greenbelt Foundation’s Soil Health Program.

A panel of experts will explore practical solutions to improve soil health across Ontario:

Dr. Jenny Bower (Research Soil Scientist, Soil Health Institute)
Jake Munroe (Soil Management Specialist for Field Crops, OMAFA)
Gordon Alblas (Dairy and Cash Crop Farmer, Hamilton, Ontario)
Ryan Carlow (Program Lead, Greenbelt Foundation)

This is a CEU- and KSE-registered event, and will give farmers, advisors, and ag professionals the opportunity to learn soil health strategies making a real difference.
