Join Earth to Tables for the global online book launch of Earth to Tables Legacies: Multimedia Conversations Across Generations and Cultures on Sunday, March 5, at 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. ET.

The multimedia book has eleven photo essays and links to ten videos that seek to stimulate dialogue and action for food justice and food sovereignty, from earth to tables.

The two-hour book launch will include an introduction to the Earth to Tables Legacies book and an opportunity to engage in discussions with collaborators, food activists, students and educators, catalyzed by specific videos in the four sections of the book: honouring ways of knowing, rethinking our relationship to the earth, seeking food justice and sharing our tables.
