The Local Food and Farm Co-ops is hosting a Regional Food Innovation Showcase for institutional buyers, policy makers, local farmers and producers in Dryden on Tuesday, June 7, 2022.

A local lunch will be served, and there will be a networking session and showcase with vendor opportunities available to showcase local food products.

Itinerary:

10:30am: Check in/welcome
11:00 am: City of Thunder Bay: Institutional Procurement
12:00 pm: Locally sourced pulled pork on freshly baked buns with local greens and herbs
1:00 pm: AgriTech North: Year-round Innovative Food Production in Dryden
2:00 pm: Networking
3:00 pm: Adjournment
