This year’s Arrell Food Summit is taking place virtually on October 28, 2021, with a focus on Turning Ideas into Action.
The 2021 Summit will dive into topics from entrepreneurship to climate change to Indigenous food sovereignty, through a combination of interactive sessions, exclusive on-demand content, video networking opportunities and break-out sessions.
Speakers include:
- Dr. Shakuntala Haraksingh Thilsted, Global Lead, Nutrition and Public Health at World Fish and 2021 World Food Prize Winner
- Nadia Theodore, Senior Vice-President, Global Government and Industry Relations at Maple Leaf Foods
- Rich Francis, Contemporary Indigenous chef, entrepreneur, television host and Top Chef Canada finalist
