Canada’s Premier Horticulture Event!
This will be the 16th year of the Ontario Fruit and Vegetable Convention! An annual gathering of horticultural crop producers involved in the production of fruits and vegetables, it is regularly attended by a cross-section of the horticultural sector including government, industry, business, consultants, producers, associations, researchers and educators. This two-day convention will feature a great lineup of horticultural experts, educational sessions, trade show exhibitors and great networking opportunities.

This event will be held in three combined exhibit halls with over 80,000 sq. ft. The exhibits will feature industry products and services. There will be over 120 educational sessions on a wide range of topics featuring speakers from across Canada, the U.S. and Europe. A bonus, there will also be a Farmers’ & Friends reception where you can network! This reception will run Wednesday from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm on their trade show floor. Trade Show Hours
- Move In: Tuesday, February 20 | 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
- Exhibit Hall Hours: Wednesday, February 21 | 8:00 am – 5:00 pm , Thursday, February 22 | 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
- Farmers and Friends Reception: Wednesday, February 21 | 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm
- Move Out: Thursday, February 22 | 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Space Cost
- Early-bird rate: $950 + HST (available until November 3)
- Regular rate: $1,170 + HST: 15% discount > 3 or more booths, 20% discount > 6 or more booths. (1 booth = 10′ x 10′)
Space Includes:
- one skirted 6 foot table and two chairs
- draped 8′ back and 3′ side walls
- 110 amp electrical hook-up
- four exhibitor name badges (max. 8 for multiple booths)
- drink tickets to the Farmers & Friends, an OFVC hosted reception within the exhibit hall
- complimentary move-in drayage
- company name, website and booth number displayed in the show guide
- professional floor management and security
