Here are some things our members are up to in the fall!
EcoSource is hosting Spring Fling Garden Opening Days & Fall Cider Celebrations in the fall. They celebrate their seasons’ success, plant garlic and share hot apple cider during these Cider Celebrations. These will happen on Saturdays throughout September and October. Stay updated and check their website for updates!

Seed Saving: Tuesday, September 5th from 1:00-2:30 pm.
Located at: Stonegate Community Health Centre, 150 Berry Road, Etobicoke
Carolin Taron will provide a hands on workshop showing you how to collect seeds from your garden and demonstrate how to preserve your seeds for posterity.
Registration is required.

Don’t forget about their market! Check out everything you need to know about the Round the Bend Farm on their website. It has fresh fruits and vegetables harvested daily. Round the Bend also has a farm yard, a straw maze, climbing on the straw mountain and farm animals such as alpaca, goats, sheep, ducks, chicken, pigs, peacocks, a calf, and a rabbit.
When? Every Monday to Friday 9 – 6 pm and Saturday 9 – 5 pm, closed on Sundays. They will be closed Labour Day, Mon Sept 4th
September will bring more Brussels sprouts and squash to Round the Bend. You can even start ordering Thanksgiving turkeys at the start of September!
