My Sustainable Canada, a Sustain Ontario member, is hosting a workshop in Lincoln on May 15th to bring together Niagara-based growers, processors, suppliers, distributors, and institutional purchasers to discuss collaborative approaches to strengthening local food supply chains. This is the first in a series of five workshops in 2014 that My Sustainable Canada is delivering in collaboration with the Greenbelt Fund.
The workshop will take place on Thursday, May 15 from 12 noon – 4:30pm at Ball’s Falls Conservation Area, Lincoln, Ontario. The afternoon will be a series of Pecha Kucha-style presentations from suppliers and buyers from across Niagara.
