The Orillia & Area Food Strategy, Simcoe County Food Council and Lakehead University are hosting a “Let’s Talk Food” conversation focused on school food and food education on Thursday, February 26, at 4 p.m.

This session at Lakehead University will bring together students, parents, educators, organizations and community members to share  what’s happening, learn from each other, and help shape the next steps in growing a stronger school food and food education landscape across Orillia and  beyond.

The event aims to:

Validate  actions for the Food Strategy’s School Food & Food Education pillar
Gather community insights on what is needed next
Strengthen relationships and build a regional network
Identify  opportunities for collaboration
