Do you have a project that helps protect the Greenbelt’s natural and agricultural systems, or encourages engagement in the Greenbelt’s natural spaces, tourism, and recreation opportunities?

The Greenbelt Foundation is now accepting grant applications for initiatives that strengthen and celebrate Ontario’s Greenbelt. The deadline to apply is Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at 5 p.m.

The Grant Funding Program is open to a broad range of stakeholders and community partners who can advance efforts to enhance Ontario’s Greenbelt. The Foundation will consider applications from registered charities, incorporated non-profit organizations, municipalities, First Nations and Indigenous communities, and conservation authorities with projects aligned to the Foundation’s funding streams.
