The Food System Resiliency Table and the Centre Wellington Community Foundation are hosting an upcoming free event, Growing Local Food Connections, on Tuesday, May 6, at the Grand River Raceway in Elora.

Attendees will hear about farming in Wellington County, the inspiring work of young farmers and community-focused organizations, how to support local farmers, and how they’re working towards food justice in Guelph-Wellington.

Cheyenne Sundance of Sundance Harvest is the event’s Keynote Speaker.
