Food Secure Canada is hosting a webinar on Indigenous Foodways on Thursday, September 26, from 1 – 3 p.m.
The session will explore community-driven efforts to restore traditional food practices, improve food sovereignty, and promote cultural resilience within Indigenous communities.
Webinar panelists include Francine Doucet, Co-Executive Director at Qajuqturvik Community Food Centre (QCFC), Brooke Rice, Co-Founder of Tkà:nios- It Grows, and Tabitha Robin, Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Land and Food Systems at the University of British Columbia.
