Experience a day at the Kenhte:ke Seed Sanctuary and Learning Centre in Deseronto on Friday, August 30th!

Enjoy a tour of the Seed Sanctuary, hear the history of its creation, learn how to enter the space in accordance with Rotinonhsyon:ni practice, hear the Rotinonhsyon:ni history as it relates to the practice of gardening, discuss the importance of seed sovereignty in a modern context, experience culturally relevant food and drink, participate in gardening activities and interact with seeds.

You will be gifted seeds to take home if you choose, to plant in your space and begin your own seed saving practices. This event is rain or shine, so check the weather and dress accordingly!
