The Food Systems Roundtable of Waterloo Region in collaboration with Civic Hub Waterloo Region invites you to a Food System Advocates Networking Event on Tuesday, April 30, 2024.

The purpose of this call-out is to gather a community of food advocates in Waterloo Region to connect, discuss, brainstorm, and eventually create a common action plan that will serve the interests of multiple community partners concerning the multifaceted issue of food.

The initiative seeks to bridge various stakeholders across the food system—farmers, food access organizations, food suppliers, food security initiatives, researchers, educators and environmentalists —that are grounded in community food efforts.
