The Culinary Toursim Alliance is hosting a Feast On® the Farm Industry Day: A Taste of Peterborough & the Kawarthas on Monday, May 29, at Lang Pioneer Village.

Industry Day is for folks to learn about incorporating local Ontario ingredients into their menus and implementing sustainable practices through the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

The day will bring together industry colleagues from the region to learn, network and eat. Topics like regenerative farming, staff retention and sustainable sourcing will be explored through interactive workshops, fireside chats and dynamic sessions hosted by industry leaders.

There will also be the opportunity to meet like-minded chefs and makers, and indulge in a locally-sourced lunch. All levels of learning and all are welcome. Tickets are $75 + taxes and fees, which includes a $25 Feast On® voucher.
