The Ontario Soil and Crop Improvement Association (OSCIA) is currently seeking a new Executive Director to start in January 2023.
The Executive Director works in consultation with the OSCIA Board of Directors to implement the organization’s goals and strategic plan focused on maintaining a strong, efficient, and responsive organization. In addition to managing a team of agriculture professionals and experts, this leadership role will oversee, guide, and support local groups, programming, and staffing to maintain a strong association and membership base.

OSCIA is a unique not-for-profit grassroots farm organization. Over 50 county and district associations encompassed by 11 designated regions make up OSCIA’s network of members. The diverse membership of over 4,000 has a significant presence in all agricultural areas of the province and across all major sectors.
