Black Creek Community Farm (BCCF) is currently seeking a Development Manager to design, lead, grow, and implement all their fundraising, events, and communications efforts.
This role will work closely with BCCF’s Executive Director, and will work collaboratively with the BCCF team to shape a positive work culture and deliver programs and services that advance BCCF’s food justice-centred mission and vision.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $59,000/year (37.5hrs/week)*
Benefits: Four weeks of paid vacation, 1-2 week paid winter shutdown, 10 days paid personal leave, 20 paid Wellness/Sick Days, all per calendar year; extended health benefits with no waiting period
Contract Type: Full-time, Indefinite
