Black Creek Community Farm (BCCF) is currently seeking a new Youth Program Coordinator to lead the planning and implementation of their youth program.
The Youth Program Coordinator will develop and deliver programming using a train-the-trainer model to engage youth in urban agriculture, equip them with facilitation skills, and help them become leaders in food justice and environmental stewardship in their community. The Coordinator will work closely with the farm’s other program coordinators and the Market Garden team.
Reports to: Programs Manager
Salary: $49,000 annually (37.5 hours per week)
Benefits: Extended health and dental benefits, 4 weeks vacation (paid) + paid winter shutdown per year, additional paid personal leave and sick leave
Term: Indefinite
