The Organic Council of Ontario (OCO) is currently seeking input from consumers, farmers, and retailers/processors across Ontario as part of their Regenerative Programs and Incentives Feasibility Study.
The project aims to:
- Determine if there is a market for regenerative certification programs in Ontario
- Identify potential benefits and barriers for small and large scale producers to obtain regenerative certification/verification
- Explore incentives that encourage producers to adopt more regenerative agriculture practices
Learn more about the project on the OCO website here.
The OCO has circulated online surveys to gather this input, with the consumer and farmer surveys shared below. Each of the surveys are approximately 10 minutes long, and offer prize incentives.
