Food Secure Canada (FSC) has launched the 2019 edition of Eat Think Vote – a non-partisan, national campaign bringing together communities across Canada to speak with their federal candidates about food security and other important food issues.

Sustain Ontario encourages all of our members and friends to actively support the Eat Think Vote campaign in your region!

The events will be centered around a meal, snack, or harvest, providing an approachable space for voters to address the food issues in their communities, with the goal of encouraging a sustainable, just and healthy food system for all.

Planned events can be found on the Eat Think Vote Calendar here.

If you don’t see one in your region, consider hosting one! As a host, you will not need to have extensive experience in event planning. The FSC team has a full set of tools to get you started. Learn more about hosting here.

FSC has also prepared tools so you can help spread the word about Eat Think Vote in your community. And you can also learn more about the campaign here.

It’s up to us to make food an election issue! #EatThinkVote
