The Black Creek Community Health Centre and the Afri-Can FoodBasket invite you to join them on Saturday, October 20 in North York for an engaging discussion with knowledgeable panelists and community members on sustainable food programs, nutrition and health.

The free event will take place from 9:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m at the Black Creek Community Health Center (1 York Gate Blvd, North York, ON, M3N 3A1).
