If you have an innovative new chicken product you want to bring to market, you can now apply for the Ontario Chicken Innovation and Growth Program.

Primary processors, further processors, retailers, foodservice and restaurant companies are all encouraged to apply.

The idea must be:

The first-of-its-kind in Canada
Consumer facing
Piloted or launched in Canada within the last 18 months (with at least six months of sales data)
Not a limited time offer
Made with chicken grown and fully processed in Ontario
