Learn to make the nectar of the gods.
Honey wine or mead is a delicious alcoholic drink, one of the first to be brewed by humans. Mead gets better with age. Facilitated by 2 expert mead makers, Catherine Henderson and Oliver Coutto, participants will be able to use their learning and equipment from the workshop to make a fresh batch on their own. For your added enjoyment, we will be tasting some mead during the workshop. Space is limited so please sign up early.

To register please email Jeanny at jeanny@foodshare.net or call 416 363-6441 ext. 280 – your registration is not complete and your spot will not be secured until payment has been made. Cost: $70.

Please send ticket fees to payments@torontobeekeeping.ca via e-transfer.

This workshop is presented by the Toronto Beekeepers Collective and FoodShare Toronto.
