The Ontario Edible Education Network was established in 2012 to bring together groups in Ontario that are connecting children and youth with healthy food systems. The following survey has been developed to identify where Sustain Ontario’s Edible Education Network should target its future efforts and conversations.

We’re now inviting anyone in Ontario who is working to connect children and youth with good food to complete this survey (we estimate that it will take 25-30 minutes to complete).

In addition to informing our directions, the input that we receive from this survey will guide the planning of the child and youth stream at Sustain Ontario’s Bring Food Home conference, to be held from October 26-29th in Ottawa, Ontario.

We would appreciate receiving responses to this survey by June 2, 2017.

You can address any questions that you have about this process to Carolyn Webb, Ontario Edible Education Network Coordinator, at cwebb@sustainontario.ca.
