Thank you for completing the first survey to help identify core outcomes for each of the five impact areas on the collective impact map.  We invite your input on a second online survey to identify core indicators for each of the core outcomes.

A collective impact map is a tool that illustrates five areas that food sector stakeholders want to work on together to effect significant and lasting change.   The current draft collective impact map was shaped by extensive input and engagement of diverse food system stakeholders across the province.  When complete, the collective impact map will be a powerful evaluation tool available to food sector stakeholders.

This second 15-20 minute survey includes a series of ranking questions.  It will provide valuable information to allow our team to narrow the list of proposed indicators for each of the core outcomes identified in the first survey.

Please complete the survey by Monday, March 28th at 12:00 p.m.

If you know of others who would be interested in collaborating on this collective impact map, share the survey link with them.  Thank you for your collaboration!
