We would like to request all the food movement stakeholders to provide essential feedback on the draft collective impact map!

Click here to go to the Survey! We need YOUR help to identify core outcomes for each of the five impact areas.

Sustain Ontario, in partnership with FoodShare Toronto, is working with Eco-Ethonomics Inc. to conduct a Financial Mobilization Scan and Collective Impact Mapping to assess the local food funding and evaluation landscape in Ontario.

The collective impact map is an innovative tool that illustrates five areas the food movement wants to work on together to achieve significant and lasting change! The five impact areas identified include: Healthy Food Community and Culture, Healthy Food Economy, Healthy Environment, Healthy People, and Healthy Food Policy. With lots of input and engagement from other food system stakeholders across the value chain, a draft collective impact map has been created.

Your input is very important! Please take approximately 15-20 minutes of your time to provide your input by clicking on the following link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/CollectiveImpactMap1
Please complete the survey before March 21st!
Thank you for your continuous coordination and collaboration!
