Feast ON’s Craft Brewery Discovery Routes

Take advantage of the sunny summer weather to go on a Southern Ontario food and drink adventure! The Ontario Culinary Tourism Alliance invites you to stroll along 3 self-guided discovery routes in the Ontario Greenbelt region. These trails are designed for you to enjoy the artisanal products made by local craft brewers and farmers and discover new tastes and places. The stops include craft breweries and cideries, farmers’ markets, artisanal cheesemakers, hops farms and Feast ON certified restaurants.
Discovery Route 1: Collingwood – Thornbury – Owen Sound
Discovery Route 2: Mississauga – Oakville – Burlington – Hamilton – Grimsby
Discovery Route 3: Kitchener – Waterloo – Cambridge – Guelph – New Hamburg
The Discovery Routes were created in partnership with the Friends of the Greenbelt Foundation, Ontario Craft Cider Association, Brewers Plate Toronto, Ontario Hop Growers’Association, Ontariofresh.ca and Ontario Craft Brewers.
The organizers are also running a photo contest to seewhat edible discoveries you make. Enter the photo contest for a chance to win prizes such as a dinner for two at Langdon Hall, a craft beer tour from Ontario Craft Brewery Tours, or tickets to the Big Head hops harvest shindig by posting your best photos from the route.
