The Muskoka North Good Food Co-operative is hiring a Youth Intern! This is exciting news for recent grads who are passionate about local food and community development, and who are looking for an opportunity to assist in moving this co-operative project forward. The position is located in Huntsville, and runs from May 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016, with a salary of $35,000.
From the MNGFC:
“The Youth Intern is primarily an administrative position, with some projects involving hands-on organization and implementation. The Youth Intern assists the MNGFC’s General Manager and Board of Directors in the mapping and relationship-building of all Northern Ontario agri-food producers, in communications with the MNGFC member-owners and in leveraging new member-owners. The Intern works in a public office space and will perform numerous clerical tasks as needed.”
