The Bauta Family Initiative on Canadian Seed Security will be providing its first-ever national webinar series in 2014, The Fundamentals of Seed Saving, starting Wednesday, February 19!

Throughout 2014 we will offer 4 webinars in English and 2 in French, with seasonally relevant content on topics from seed crop planning to equipment, quality assurance, and marketing. The webinars will be offered free of charge across Canada.

Planning Vegetable Seed Crops: Wednesday, February 19, 2014

  • Patrick Steiner of Stellar Seeds, BC
  • Michelle Smith of Northwind Farm, NS
  • Daniel Brisebois of Tournesol Cooperative Farm, QC
