Local Food Plus (LFP) is a charitable non-profit committed to growing local sustainable food systems across Ontario. We certify farms and processors for environmentally and socially sustainable practices, make connections throughout the supply chain network, educate communities about the benefits of local sustainable food systems, and help buyers of all different sizes connect to local and sustainable food.
LFP seeks a business consultant or consultancy to help develop a detailed business plan for an exciting new program stream launching this spring. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise and experience with:
• Not-for-profit business planning
• Social Enterprise development
• Financial modeling
• Charitable Foundations
• Food systems and supply chains
