This year the Eastern Ontario Local Food Conference is occurring on December 2 – 3rd, 2013 in Kingston Ontario, at the Ambassador Hotel and Conference Center in Kingston. The purpose of the conference, as stated on their website, is to” facilitate stronger relationships among local food groups, challenge obstacles to growth as well as provide timely information on key topics”.
The conference sessions will focus on promoting local food activities, networking opportunities, how local food has inspired chefs, and future opportunities to engage and innovate in the local food sector.
