“Innovative local food projects” in Ontario budget

“The Ontario Liberals are promising in their upcoming budget to put aside $30 million for “innovative local food projects” under agricultural money, and the Ontario Federation of Agriculture (OFA) has some ideas on how that money could be spent.
One of their proposals would be to help develop what Mark Wales, president of the OFA, calls “local regional food hubs.” Wales brought up this proposal in a recent interview”.
