Tom Manley of Homestead Organics is travelling to the Slow Money conference in Boulder Colorado on April 29-30. Homestead Organics has been selected among 25 businesses, the only non-US business, to pitch their business to the conference in an Entrepreneur Showcase. This is a very important exercise in driving capital into the sustainable local food system.

In addition, there is a contest for Entrepreneur of the Year and a cash prize of $50,000, to be awarded to one of the 25 presenting businesses. The selection is weighted 1/3 by public vote, 1/3 by vote among the conference attendance, and 1/3 by a panel of judges. Learn more the Slow Money Entrepreneur of the Year competition and to vote, see the facebook page. Support Tom Manley and Homestead Organics and vote every day for the next two weeks!
