Marketing Associate

Take the lead as our new marketing, brand ambassador and communications specialist in a dynamic, fast growing company.
Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and execute realistic marketing strategies, objectives, targets and measures
- Manage online marketing campaigns and manage social networking websites
- Copywriting and content creation
- Manage and represent Organic Meadow at corporate events, trade shows, conferences etc.
- Oversee appearance and content of all marketing materials: brochures, videos, website
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the industry, competitive environment, customer and consumer trends
- Participate in product development processes, product launches and press meetings
- Collaborate with sales to develop and implement promotional strategies
- Provide customer service backup, when necessary
- Be a brand ambassador for Organic Meadow
Requirements:
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Marketing
- Experience: 3+ years in a dedicated marketing position, preferably in CPG
- Leading edge Social Media Expert with a solid understanding of general marketing principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite Programs
- Working knowledge of video/audio software and website development would be an asset
- Strong presentation and written communication skills
- Strong project management and prioritization skills
- High level of resourcefulness, initiative, proven self-motivation and a team player
- Willingness to travel occasionally and work weekends, as required
