Local and Sustainable Food Systems Network and Communications Coordinator
Food Secure Canada’s office in Montreal is looking for a Food Systems Network and Communications Coordinator. The initial contract is for a six-month period with possibility of renewal. This person is ideally located in Montreal although other locations will be considered.
Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Food Systems Network and Communications Coordinator will be responsible for leading an emerging national learning and advocacy network of organizations concerned with local/regional and sustainable food systems. In addition to coordinating the network, the coordinator will also assist in the research, writing and editing of resources (policy papers, articles, briefing notes) that support the development of the network and other aspects of Food Secure Canada’s work.
Administrative and Communications Assistant
Food Secure Canada’s Montreal office is looking for an administrative and communications assistant. The initial contract is for a six-month period with strong possibility of renewal. This position is based in Montreal.
