Exploring Your New Farm Dream is a course for people who are thinking about starting a commercial farm business (farming with the intent to make a profit rather than as a hobby or a pastime). Developed by the New England Small Farm Institute (NESFI), the course helps aspiring farmers learn what it would take to start and manage their own â€œfarm dreamâ€ and decide whether this the right path for them.

Where: Downsview Public Library, 2793 Keele Street. View Map.

When: Mondays (6:30pm â€“ 9:30pm), Jan 31, Feb 7, Feb 21 & Feb 28

Farm tour or farmer panel: Saturday, Feb 19th, 2011 â€“ All day
