Karen Hutchinson from the Caledon Countryside Alliance presented the success of their Eat Local Campaign to Town Council, drawing on research and experience from other jurisdictions.
The key word for Hutchinson lately appears to be ‘linkages’ – as in building linkages between farmers and consumers, or between local foods and the environment.
