The Canadian Horticultural Therapy Association (CHTA) and Willow Springs Creative Centre invite you to Connecting with the Land: Wellness through the Boreal Forest, this year’s CHTA conference celebrating and promoting horticultural therapy and therapeutic gardening on September 20-21 in Thunder Bay.

The annual conference offers dynamic workshops and presentations, hands-on projects, networking opportunities, and will be of interest to those studying or working in the area of:

Workshop topics will include: opportunities to bring horticultural therapy into grief & dying, therapeutic gardening in the correctional system, self-care boreal teas & body products, methods for engaging all people in nature, what the boreal forest can teach us (boreal walk with an elder).
