As we approach the June 7th provincial election, we have launched our Vote ON Food and Farming Campaign!

This election promises to be heavily contested across the province. It is our role to raise the profile of food and farming in the campaign, at all-candidates meetings, and within the community.

Our members have produced a set of priorities which will resonate across the province. You can find these Big Ideas, along with the issues and evidence to support them, on our campaign page:

https://sustainontario.com/vote-on-food

There you will also find:

  • this election ‘backgrounder’ as a pdf — for candidates or community members who want more information;
  • our policy bookmark, a cheat sheet for your back pocket;
  • the 12 Big Questions postcard — take it to your all-candidates meetings and pick a question to ask;
  • and stay tuned for a survey questionnaire for the parties and delegates

Help us shine the light on these important food & farming issues this election, and share the #VoteONFood campaign!
