Sustain Ontario would like to extend a big warm welcome to four new staff that have recently joined our team!

Brendan McKay has joined the Sustain Ontario team as Acting Director for the year while Ravenna is off on maternity leave. Brendan comes to us from the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture and Food, where he has worked for the past 13 years in a number of corporate, policy and program positions.

Carolyn Webb, not to be confused with Program Manager Carolyn Young, comes to the position of Coordinator for the Children, Youth and Food Network, with over six years of environmental policy experience and almost a decade of experience building a network.

Katie Butterill brings over 5 years of event coordination experience to her role with us coordinating the Bring Food Home Conference (#BringFoodHome)!

Kate Rabinowicz joins us as our Food and Farm Finance Coordinator. Kate has over a decade of experience working on sustainable food and farming issues. Most recently, she was a Program Manager with the Centre for City Ecology and a DiverseCity Fellow with CivicAction.
