Please come and hear Brooke and Chef Suman talk about the Foods in Canada, as we
showcase out International Award Winning Creation – From Pemmican to Poutine: A journey through Canada’s culinary history!
This book has been showcased at the Paris Cookbook Fair earlier this month, where Chef Suman talked out our Cuisine in Canada to representatives of over 150 countries.
This Culinary History creation was one of the Winners at the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards in Paris, to be called “Best in the World”, and also won the prestigious Le Cordon D’or Gold Ribbon Awards in Florida.
If for some reason, you cannot make it to this, do not be disspointed, there are a few more of these coming up in the GTA area over the next couple of months.
See the Facebook event page.
