Our annual Ontario Culinary Tourism Summit is a chance to engage with culinary tourism stakeholders from across the province and country. We’re embracing a varsity theme, and inviting everyone to come out to our Culinary Tourism U for a fun day of professional development.

Breakout Labs featuring Local Food Plus, the Wine Council of Ontario, Ocean Wise, communications design firm Hypenotic, and other industry leaders

A Locavore Cafeteria organized by Chef Jamie Kennedy, featuring the foods and wines from 12 OCTA regions.
