Chick-a-biddy Acres farm has been operating for 17 years, and was one of the first Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) in the region. This workshop is for those considering integrating seed crops as part of a market garden operation, for sale or for on-farm use.

On Monday, September 26, you can learn Best Practices for Harvesting and Cleaning Seed with Colette Murphy of Urban Harvest. The organization has been harvesting and selling seed in the Toronto area for nearly 20 years, offering over 100 kinds of organic and heirloom seed through its online store and summer pop-up shop on Bloor Street West in Toronto.
